Hilly Speed Workout Race … New 10 km PB!

Coach Rick and I thought a 10 km race would be a great way to do a speed workout. Turns out the Ancaster Old Mill course is VERY hilly. BUT but I earned myself a new 10 km PB of 34:59! Not too shabby! Again, we enjoyed ourselves as a family and the boys loved the 1 km fun run. Great race for all and nice to be so close to home.
As for the appeal, we submitted it yesterday. Now it’s our turn to wait again!
