Almost 8 months pregnant and still “keeping fit”. Well, mostly.
I’ve often said to people who want to “get in shape”, that running is your best bang-for-your-buck.
Now, when you choose to stop running to let an injury heal (plantar fasciitis), it’s a bit more challenging.
So, I swim, bike, and use the elliptical for about 45 min/day x 6 days/week.
I’m happy with that.
